Basic Purpose:
ITelagen is seeking highly motivated, self starting, Vice President of Finance/Administration to oversee ITelagen's finance and administrative functions. This includes overall maintenance of budgeting, tax, accounting, audit, as well as administrative support services or staff functions. As ITelagen is a high-technology company, the ideal candidate would be a technology-centric CPA, possibly MBA that is willing to get involved in hands-on, roll-up the sleeves, management position which will be a key driver in the coming year's companywide growth. This person will play an integral role in defining systems and processes that will streamline the business across multiple functional areas. The ideal candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who will be a key contributing team member of our high-technology company that is profitable and growing in leaps and bounds. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and directs the company's finance and administrative functions, including bookkeeping, budgeting, tax, accounting, audit and various other financial departments as well as administrative support services.
- Manages and maintains complex business financial model and reviews working capital/cash flow requirements on a regular basis.
- Assists the CEO in establishing financial strategic objectives as well as operating policies and procedures to ensure attainment of organizational objectives.
- Develops operating policies and procedures in support of the organization's strategic and business objectives.
- Directs establishment of performance management and evaluation programs as well as reward systems to aid operating divisions in attaining objectives.
- Evaluates each business function’s progress against performance objectives.
- Maintains relationships with banks and other external financial institutions.
- Direct, manage and control finance, legal, and administration to ensure that they are appropriately developed and so that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
- Oversees the organization’s human resources functions and defines organization-wide HR policy.
- Develops and delivers HR programs that support the organization’s overall strategic direction.
- Responsible for all aspects of human resources including employment, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and employee relations. Remains current on laws, regulations, and plan design trends, ensuring that the organization’s policies and programs conform to laws and are competitive.
- Works closely with appropriate senior management regarding investigations and negotiations on mergers, joint ventures, acquisitions or sale of major assets. Assists CEO in protecting and enhancing the company's investments in subsidiaries and affiliates.
- Perform and manage payroll.
- Serves as a key member of the senior management team in setting strategic direction of company.

- Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to effectively direct the company's divisions to attain corporate objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of financial and legal principles and practices. Excellent time management, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills.
- “Roll-up the sleeves”, self starter that operates under little to no supervision.
Education/Experience Requirement:
- 5 to 7+ years of finance/accounting experience
- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
- CPA Required
- MBA a plus
