Virtual CIO Service

If you’re like most CEOs, Presidents, and business managers you hardly have time to manage your IT infrastructure, let alone plan and strategize about it. While typical consultants simply troubleshoot and repair computers and networks, ITelagen® offers you a much more comprehensive solution, one designed specifically to help you plan, manage and optimize your business technology to get the maximum benefit from your investment.

As your CIO, ITelagen will advise you on the right tools, best practices and technology policies to have in place. ITelagen will act as the sole technology resource for a company or as a compliment to an existing team in need of additional resources. Our focus is directed at offering our clients a cost-effective approach to IT support, while employing proactive methods to maintain a solid, secure and reliable network environment.

What is an ITelagen CIO?
Chief Information Officer (CIO) is a job title commonly given to the person in an enterprise responsible for the information technology and computer systems that support enterprise goals. The CIO role has changed from running the laboratories to advising the CEO and business management on all issues relating to managing and generating return on investment with regard to technology. Therefore, businesses today need to apply very different criteria to what they look for in a CIO. The CIO must be a business person with strong strategic/conceptual skills that can bridge the gap between the business management and technologist and all of the business functions of the company, including strong leadership ability.
