We have activated our business continuity plans to enable our support team members to work remotely from their homes to limit contact and reduce the spread of COVID-19. ITelagen’s seamless ability to support your staff, infrastructure and deliver full access to your mission critical data has not been and will not be affected. Throughout this crisis, we intend to continue to deliver the highest quality of support along with maximum availability and security of your data.

In order to help you through this difficult time, ITelagen can quickly provide “work from home” solutions that provide HIPAA compliant “virtual desktops” to enable your staff to work remotely and securely from their homes, with complete access to your data. For our healthcare clients, we have options for quickly implementing “Telehealth” so that you can continue to see patients remotely, while helping to stop the spread of COVID-19. During the course of the next several days you will be receiving multiple emails from us providing better detail about these solutions.
For those practices that are focused on the NextGen® March 2020 Regulatory Patch, we have until September 2020 to get the required NextGen® patches installed as the reporting requirement is for “90 days in 2020”, which means October to December 2020 is acceptable. I give you our commitment that ITelagen will ensure the patch is installed in a time to support the 90 day reporting period (October to December 2020). In the short-term, I have asked my team to re-focus their time on assisting practices and businesses to “remain open” during the crisis and I ask for your patience in delaying any non-critical NextGen® patches.
