As you may or may not have seen last week, NextGen announced an agreement to acquire Medfusion – see the full note from Rusty Frantz below. The acquisition is not expected to be complete until early December. We are working with the Partnership Team at NextGen to better understand what resources will become available to you in the upcoming weeks, and to learn more about the Medfusion solutions and how they may be valuable to your practice.
